A new modern skyscraper has risen in Tallinn. Actually three. In the heart of the city. Arter.

Most of the time, the opening of a new building doesn't mean much to a local resident; neighbors watch the flashing lights from a distance, and children sometimes walk past with their heads held high.

 This time, however, things were done a little differently and the opening event "Life Force" was born.

 A concept that brought a little bit of life into the middle of business.

 In addition to tenants and partners, we also brought joy to new neighbors – people from the street and the houses next door. Creating an environment that is enjoyable for everyone.

 So we teamed up with six Estonian artists who, inspired by the concept, created a captivating 3D audiovisual exhibition.

 Then we built three LED towers in the Arter atrium — canvases that mimicked those same new towers.

 Multi-talented Rick Feds created music inspired by the towers especially for this evening.

 The exhibition remained open for a whole week, during which time over 4,500 people visited it.
