Utilitas, a major supporter of Estonian culture, came to us with the desire to organize an end-of-year gala for over 370 people in the Drama Theatre. 

The unexpected request and the special rooms presented several challenges. How to fit all these people into the corridors of the theater building? How to get the guests to communicate with each other if there are no tables to sit together? The goal of the event was primarily to bring the collective closer together. And of course, how to respect the nature of the prestigious theater house in all of this?
